Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Area Manager responsible for managing and developing sales within their assigned area, with a particular focus on promoting customized machines and production lines for filter manufacturing in the metalworking industry.
This role will involve achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
The Sales Area Manager will work closely with the marketing team and customer service department to ensure an integrated and customer-oriented approach.
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential to facilitate communication with customers and international teams.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the metalworking industry or similar industrial sectors.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and market dynamics within the metalworking industry.
- Ability to use CRM tools and sales analysis software.
- Familiarity with negotiation practices and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take initiative to achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
