Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the overall manufacturing operations at our facility, which specializes in the production of customized machines and production lines for filter manufacturing in the metalworking industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety, while coordinating the activities of various departments and optimizing manufacturing processes.
The Plant Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that support the facility’s growth and continuous improvement.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in production management roles, preferably within the metalworking industry.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Ability to use data analysis tools and production management software.
- Familiarity with industrial safety and quality regulations.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with different business functions.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments and functions.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and effectively solve complex problems.
