Role Description
We are seeking a Supply Manager with experience in the metalworking industry, responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain for the production of customized filter manufacturing machines and lines.
This position will ensure that necessary materials and components are available in a timely manner and at competitive costs, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
The Supply Manager will monitor inventory, manage supplier contracts, and implement procurement strategies that support company objectives.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the metalworking industry.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of procurement and inventory management practices.
- Ability to use supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with applicable industry quality and safety regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Additional Requirements:
- More than 3 years of professional experience with Technical Drawing.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
