Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision components according to the technical specifications provided.<\/p>\n
Perform complex machining operations, including turning, facing, threading, boring, and gear cutting, without the use of automated programming.<\/p>\n
Read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings to plan machining sequences, ensuring maximum precision and compliance with tolerances.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for improving machining processes and product quality.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, complying with occupational health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Excellent knowledge of conventional machine tools and manual machining techniques.<\/p>\n
Ability to perform precise measurements using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.<\/p>\n
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and mechanical diagrams.<\/p>\n
