The machine model 95 XCUT realizes the cutting of the closing band max. 80 mm heights.

It is composed of a:

• Reel-holder for side band.
• Feeding module with drive rollers controlled by stepper motor.
• Cut to size systems of the side band;
  Cutting system with opposed blades with pneumatic drive.
• Engraving blade unit for the incision and/or the cutting of the band,
  necessary to carry out the pleating line, to turn the upper edge towards the inside or towards the outside of the media.
• Two-line LCD display (20 characters) for working control.
  The microprocessor card with suitable software can manage:

• • Motor speed both in automatic and manual mode.
  • Feed length in millimeters.
  • Protections excluded signal. 40 recipes available.
• 2 pens printhead printer, touch-controller, high quality, with 5,7” touch interface.
  • Print height up to 1” (25,4mm).
  • High quality printer for alpha-numerical texts, bar codes and logos (linear and 2D). Suitable to print also QR-CODE (12,5 mm max height).
  • Data transfer through USB key.
