Machine to process the filtering media up to 600 mm width and pleat height max 25mm, with glue lines deposit to obtain filters with sealed edges.
The machine includes the following modules:

• Device for pressure longitudinal cutting or pre-cutting (trimming) with circular blades that can be positioned. More circular blades carry out the continuous cut or the pre-cut of the paper rolled out of the reel to obtain more strips of a pre-fixed width or to trim at a constant width.
• Thermofusible glue distribution injectors for spacing the pleats of the filtering media.
• Couple of drive rolls.
• Manually adjustable braking system with motorized belts to recreate the pleat of the filtering media coming from the machine.
• A conveyor belt provides a pressing system of the pleated media coming from the tracking unit and with motorization in axis.
• Control unit on mobile console with touch-screen display for the supervision and control of the complete system and especially the:
  – adjustment of the working speed of the machine;
  – glue nozzles opening/closing;
  – quantity of glue as a function of the speed of advancement of the filtering media;
  – speed control of the belts of the braking system;
  – conveyor belt speed control (optional);
  – management of the safeties and system diagnostics.
