Line of automatic machines with one or more rotating plates, for the moulding or the gluing of bottoms and heads on industrial round air filters , composed of:

• Metering unit for two reagents (isocyanate + polyol or resin + catalyst) with 2 thermo- regulated tanks and 2 dosing units with precision pumps programmable in ratio and  output;
• Movable casting head in hardened steel with output from 1 to 25 gr./sec. with mixer  motor controlled by inverter, programmable in time and speed and, on demand, with  self-cleaning system;
• Washing system of the casting head with emulsion water-air or detergent-air;
• Electric cabinet with PLC; touch screen display to program operative parameters  and to recall the recipes of the memorized workings.

The machines can be equipped with:

• 1 mould-holder rotating table for filters up to a diam. of 400 mm.
• 4 , 5 or 8 rotating plates for filters up to a diam. of 150 mm.

The versions with more plates assure a much higher productivity, avoiding the dead times for the loading and unloading of the components. They can have an inclined rotation axis to allow to the casting nozzle to seal the media inside the cylindrical container body.

The machine can be equipped with optional devices, for the different productive needs:

• Additional tank for 2nd polyol to alternate the production with different polymers;
• Carriage for horizontal translation of the head at programmable electric drive,  to refine the distributon of the polymer on large filters;
• Vertical axis to lift the casting head;
• Check of the minimum level of the material;
• Independent weighing system of the PU matrials with load cells;
• Automatic loading of the tanks of the reagents directly from the commercial drums with gear pumps;
• Machine predisposition for feeding with colouring pastes.
